Xu Hefei, male, Ethnicity: Han, was born in September 1980. He is an on-the-job graduate student and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is now serving as a Member of the CPC Leadership Group of People’s Government of Nanchang City, and Vice Mayor of People’s Government of Nanchang City.
Responsibilities:
(1) To be responsible for work related to finance, government service and data management, government affairs transparency, state owned assets administration, and investment and financing platforms;
(2) To be in charge of Nanchang Municipal Bureau of Local Financial Supervision, Nanchang Municipal Administration of Government Service Data, Nanchang State Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Nanchang Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd., Nanchang Municipal Public Group, Nanchang Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd, Nanchang Transportation Investment Group, Nanchang Rail Transit Group Limited Corporation, Jiangling Motors Group Co., Ltd., Nanchang Rural Commercial Bank, and Jiangxi Yumin Bank; and
(3) To liaise with Financial Committee Office of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, The People’s Bank of China Jiangxi Provincial Branch, National Financial Regulatory Administration Jiangxi Branch, China Securities Regulatory Commission Jiangxi Branch, and financial institutions in Nanchang.
